How to make a purchase?

• Select a product and add it to cart
• Upon checking out, review your cart for all your chosen products and add commentary if necessary.
• Fill out the necessary fields for delivery
• Make payment for the purchase.
• Within 1 working day, we will confirm your order and provide you with details of delivery.
• Confirmation e-mail will be sent with all order details
• When order is dispatched, e-mail with tracking number and link is sent.

Product availability in our office.

All products are available for purchase at our Office/Retail store.

If product is out of stock

It may be possible, that product was in stock while adding it to the cart, but when reviewing cart it is no longer available. In these cases please contact us.

If product will be unavailable after you have paid for it, we will offer an alternative product of same value or compensate.

Order payment

On checkout you will be offered various options for making a payment. As soon as we have received confirmation of payment, we will start processing it.

No money is charged on the card before the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.

Order processing and delivery time

• Order is processed within 1 full working day
• If there are any changes within the order, we will contact you in one work days time.

Order delivery and cost

Delivery by courier :

• Delivery by courier is made to the delivery address filled on checkout
• Courier delivers the order on workdays from 9:00 to 16:00, confirming the delivery 30 minutes before arrival.
• If payment is confirmed till 12:00, order can be received on next working day. If specified, same day delivery is possible.
• If payment is confirmed after 12:00, order can be received within 2 working day. If specified, next day delivery is possible.
• Regular delivery tariff is 3.50€ within Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania. If the total purchase sum exceeds 30€, then delivery within Baltic states is free.

Delivery to Parcel station:

• Parcel station can be chosen after purchase confirmation.
• Courier usually delivers the package on next workdays from pick-up, sending an SMS when the package arrives to the parcel station.
• If payment is confirmed till 12:00, order can be received on next working day.
• If payment is confirmed after 12:00, order can be received within 2 working day.
• Regular delivery tariff is 3.50€ within Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania. If the total purchase sum exceeds 30€, then delivery within Baltic states is free.

Delivery within European Union:

• Delivery by courier is made to the delivery address filled on checkout
• Delivery is made within 7-9 working days after payment confirmation.
• The final delivery is serviced by DPD, and customer receives trackable code for the delivery.
• Regular delivery tariff is 15€. If the total purchase sum exceeds 100€ then delivery within European Union states is for free.
• Regular delivery tariff is based on weight.
• 0kg–5kg - 15€
• 5kg-15kg - 25€

International delivery:

• Delivery by courier is made to the delivery address filled on checkout
• Delivery is made within 7-15 working days after payment confirmation.
• The final delivery is serviced by Postal Express, and customer receives trackable code for the delivery.
• Regular delivery tariff is based on weight.
• 0kg–0.99kg - 30€
• 1kg–1.99kg - 45€
• 2kg–5kg - 60€
• 5kg-15kg - 85€
• If the total purchase sum exceeds 150€ then international delivery is for free.

Receiving orders at our office : 

• Orders can be received in person at our office. The order can be picked up during work hours (9:00 - 17:00) on the same day when the payment is confirmed. By showing order number and confirmation, Client can collect and pay for (cash and card) order at our office.
